I’m so glad you’re here!

Hi, I’m Leigh and I’m a Licensed Therapist. For thirty years, I’ve worked with women from all walks and stages of life. One thing I’ve learned from the thousands of remarkable women I’ve worked with is that they all have the gifts and power they need to be successful in their lives, however, the stress of motherhood can make it hard to connect to these internal sources of strength. I know how hard it can be, because I’m also a mom of five amazing children ages 18-29.

Though I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work and 30 years of experience in mental health, human development, and trauma treatment, nothing has equipped me better to help other mothers than experiencing the joys and struggles of motherhood myself. Through both my personal journey as a mom and my professional experiences, I’ve learned how to care for and access the power of the brain, heart, and body to create a life that brings increased joy and stability – and I’m eager to share this knowledge with you!

The Resiliency System is composed of what I call The 5 Pillars of Power that form the foundation you need to lead a healthier, more joyful life.

Self Awareness

Look inside yourself and understand why you think, feel, and behave the way you do.

Self Compassion

Love who you are and treat yourself with the same gentleness, kindness, and understanding you show others.

Self Talk

Drown out external distractions and focus on how you talk to yourself so you can start to shape how you think and what you believe.
